Equipment Repair

LdaFitness is one of the only Bay Area locations where you can purchase equipment AND repair, sell, and move your existing fitness products. We have over 20 years of fitness equipment repair experience. Also, our trained technicians are certified to work on most manufacturers products on the market today. If your equipment needs to be repaired please call us to set up an appointment.

Rentals and Lease to Own

LdaFitness is fully committed to our customers for all of their fitness equipment needs. Please consider us if you need a piece of exercise equipment to rent. We have rented equipment for rehabilitation, special events, and even for specific winter fitness goals. We have provided rental equipment all over the Bay Area. We deliver and set up the equipment and pick it up after the term expires. In addition, we offer you a chance to buy the equipment at a discounted price when the rental term expires. Relocating Products

If you are needing to move your fitness equipment, our certified staff will make it easy for you. We have moved all types of fitness products from one location to the next around the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Also, we have disassembled exercise equipment and moved it into moving and storage units. We also can help you find a certified technician to help you reassemble your fitness equipment, virtually anywhere in the US.

Consignment and Trade In

Do you have a piece of exercise equipment that isn't being used or you are looking to upgrade? Sell it with us or trade in its value for a new product with us. We have a San Francisco storefront with a lot of foot traffic. We will pick up your exercise equipment from your location and assemble it in our store. Our sales team will sell it for you for fair market value minus a small commission fee. Moving and storage fees may apply due to the value of the product.

Assembly and Tune-Up Services

Have you purchased a piece of fitness equipment that needs to be assembled? Our technicians will take all the stress out of the process. We will install your equipment quickly and correctly and ready for for you to use it. While reassembling it we will ensure all parts are in good standing order and can repair it if needed. Please call us for a quote.

Shipping

We offer free shipping from either the manufacturer or our inventory to you via multiple major delivery companies. Our free shipping is curbside delivery only but we can upgrade the delivery service for you. Any upgrades to our free shipping service will be the customers responsibility for the extra cost.

Returns and Refunds

Items are eligible for return within 21 business days of purchase date. An email confirmation, and agreement between both parties must be obtained before a return shall be accepted.

1. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided, including any costs and arrangements for shipping, as well as proof of delivery.

2. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

3. Please allow 5-7 business days after your product has been delivered to the original shipping place for a refund.

4. If we do not receive the product within the specified time and/or in the original packaging a charge of upwards to 20% shall be applied.

5. A 10% restocking fee shall be charged for ALL returned items that have not been shipped but processed and handled.

6. You will be charged for the initial shipping costs to you if you return the item.

7. We will refund your purchase after the above criteria is met, minus any fees associated with the order and within this agreement, within 15 business days.

8. All orders refunded that qualify for our charity program will not be refunded the 5% of our proceeds for the charity.

9. In the event that you request a refund and we write a check in your name and mail it to you, you cancel the order via credit card dispute, you are responsible for the stop payment fee we are charged from the banking industry, price subject to change but currently $50.00.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments

1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. 3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call or email our customer service department the day of your delivery.
